Our Philosophy

Assisted Living providers are dedicated to offering quality care to elders and those with disabilities in a safe environment. Professional relationships between providers and residents and their families must be governed by the highest ethical values.

Violation of this Code of Ethics is cause for expulsion from TORCH.

Providers will adhere to licensure requirements of Chapter 247 of the Texas Department of Human Services Health and Safety Code.

Providers will strive to assure cooperation between all individuals providing resident services.
